For those who know, CrypticFlow is an underground force in the experimental bass music community.
Having grown up in the Philly area, he was part of the inception of the Aspire Higher crew and in 2016 opened for the likes of TieDye Ky, Mindset, and Wax Future. Later he spent several years touring the United States with Vibe Street.
By 2018 he was hosting and curating his own event in Santa Cruz, CA which ran weekly and lasted up until the pandemic. His event in Santa Cruz gave underground artists such as Vyhara, Trila, RoseJam, & Cidaria their first professional platform to showcase their work.
During the pandemic he moved to Nevada City, CA and met members of the Do-Lab Crew and played his first sets at Lightning in a Bottle in 2023. Immediately following Lightning in a Bottle he moved to Los Angeles, CA to further pursue his career in music, technology, film making, fashion, and architecture.
He has been interviewed by HBT Magazine out of LA, and featured in psybient music, a European music blog.
Night City is the first of many Audio Visual Journals from CrypticFlow. Shot and Directed on location in Japan and Edited in Los Angeles, it tells the story of his trip abroad. An all original music composition came together in one night and CrypticFlow tediously synched the Visual. It is the epitome of where he feels the entire direction of the CrypticFlow Project is going.
